Mission:
The mission of OwlThon at Florida Atlantic University is to provide a yearlong fundraising effort that culminates into a 13.1 hour Dance Marathon that celebrates the patients and families treated at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital and recognizes FAU student leaders who have dedicated their time to our cause. Through our efforts, we will forever stand for the children and families we are privileged to serve.
Vision:
OwlThon at Florida Atlantic University aspires to be the premiere student-run philanthropic movement, bringing together a diverse community focused on educating, inspiring, and uniting our campus and community to provide ongoing support for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Our vision is lead by students, staff and community members who are committed to not only raising funds, but advocating for the children and families treated at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital.
